Pinterest is a social tool that allows you collect "pins" from various places. You can upload content from your computer, import from the web, or re-pin from an existing user's board. Pinterest boards can assume any topic or focus that you choose. For example, I have a board that centers on Appalachian literature and language and one that focuses on young adult literature verse novels (plus several more under construction).

As a project with a group of undergraduate students, I had them to create a board that built on a specific literature genre. They were to build the board by including a minimum of 10 pins that highlighted books or literature that fit the genre they selected. In the chart below are some of their examples.
