Cyberhunts are an online scavenger hunt (refer to the Copyright Scavenger Hunt for an example). Students are presented with questions based on specific web content. Please visit the Cyberhunts page in the Integrating Teaching and Technology wiki for more information (link below) and specific directions for creating your own cyberhunt.

CyberHunts

Because cyberhunts make use of web content, it is important to use safe websites for students. The question then becomes one of "How do I locate safe web content for my students?" One thing you can do to ensure that you are using "safe sites" to use in cyberhunts is to search for websites on a student-safe search engine. Try Sweet Search, a search engine that searches only credible web sites approved by Internet research experts.
